Screen printing offers high colour coverage, long durability and is ideal for medium to large quantities. It delivers a uniform, high-quality print image, especially on flat or slightly curved surfaces – precisely tailored to your requirements.

We can modify the enclosures to your exact specifications. Our precise drilling machines can work your tolerances.

Milling

Thanks to our state-of-the-art CNC milling machines, we can quickly and accurately mill custom-fit cutouts, recesses and contours to match your exact specifications.

Engraving

Our service also includes engraving legends and logos on to front panels and enclosures. The engraving can also be filled with your desired colour.

Laser processing

We can process stainless steel plates quickly and reliably according to your individual requirements thanks to our in-house laser processing centre.

Powder coating

We can powder coat enclosures, command enclosures and suspension systems in any RAL colour you desire. We can also match to your own custom colour.

Painting

We can also paint all our enclosures in any RAL colour you desire. Special primers and paint finishes can also be applied to match your specific requirements.

Screen printing

If required, we can apply your legends, logos and other markings using our silk-screen printing equipment.

Digital printing

Digital printing is particularly worthwhile for low-volume orders and for realising complex patterns or images.

EMC enclosures

Our conFORM standard EMC enclosures offer protection of your equipment at a low price. On request, we can also supply an EMC shielded version of any other ROLEC enclosure.

Displays

We are able to offer the right made-to-measure display for all our enclosures – in varying sizes and degrees of robustness depending on the application.

Accessories
