Front-end Developer (m/f/d)
Duties
• Masking of unpainted areas on components
• Mixing paints in accordance with specifications and preparing them for application
• Applying liquid and powder coatings whilst ensuring the required film thicknesses are maintained
• Post-processing surfaces by sanding
• Removing masking and deburring components
• Quality control of finished surfaces, assessing quality through visual inspection, coating thickness measurement and determination of gloss level
• Intervening to correct the process in the event of deviations
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the further development of the department
• Reporting work steps in the production data acquisition system • Maintenance and servicing of plant and hand tools
Profile
• Secondary school leaving certificate (Sekundarabschluss 1, Hauptschule)
• Completed apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher, specialising in industrial/vehicle painting
• At least 3 years’ professional experience in painting
• Basic knowledge of powder coating
• Confident handling of technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of technical data sheets
• Good technical understanding
• Analytical troubleshooting to prevent and rectify faults
• Willingness to work shifts
